Sharing Conversations
You can share a conversation with colleagues by creating a shareable link. Anyone with the link can view the conversation — no login required.
Creating a share link
- Open the conversation you want to share
- Click the Share button in the header (or use the header menu)
- Click Create Share Link
- Copy the generated URL
The shared version is a snapshot — it captures the conversation as it was at the moment you shared it. Changes you make afterwards are not visible to viewers unless you update the snapshot.
Updating a shared conversation
If you continue the conversation after sharing, you can update the snapshot:
- Open the Share dialog again
- Click Update Snapshot
This replaces the shared version with the current state of the conversation.
Revoking a share
To stop sharing:
- Open the Share dialog
- Click Revoke Share
The link will immediately stop working. Anyone trying to access it will see an error.
Managing all shared conversations
Go to Settings → Shared to see all your active share links. From there you can:
- See view and continuation counts
- Copy links
- Open the shared view
- Revoke individual shares
- Delete all shares at once
Continuing a shared conversation
Viewers of a shared conversation can continue it — this creates a copy in their own workspace. The original conversation is not affected.
To continue a shared conversation, the viewer must be logged in. If they're not, they'll see a prompt to sign in first.
Shared conversation view
Shared conversations show:
- A "Shared Conversation" badge
- All messages and tool calls from the snapshot
- A Continue this conversation button (for logged-in users)
The view is read-only — viewers cannot modify the original.
